@Kawaiioma For me it's like a mixed bag of vibes for them. The ones that give of a Yui vibe would probably be Yukari along with a bit of a Ritsu vibe. Exact same for Kaede but a bit toned down.

@Kawaiioma had done doujinshis of Haruhi with some other people before k-on! So a bit of that experience probably went to Yui. Then both Haruhi and K-on! being produced by Kyoani only made them more similar especially Haruhi S2 after K-on! S1. You could say it went full circle

@megumicarrot I always thought that was Yui 2, indicated by the marking.

Final 4 stars with Valentines Ritsu.

The 4 stars and as I said Ritsu had a tartan/plaid design inside, that plus the stripes was changed to just be yellow to match the rest of it

IIRC technically the last canonically confirmed Keion we see is Jun. Was looking through the illustration archive and saw Jun with a planner open on October with a love heart on the 10th (hidden Jun lore?) but the year is of 2011. The last appearance in the anime was March 2010
