@ArknightsEN If anyone can’t get Bagpipe but somehow you manage to pull Utage, congratulations you just won the 2nd price! Utage is the best guard within 4 star and even stronger than some 5 stars. Her kits are like hellagar but different too:) so at least go for 5 star guarantee.
