@KamikaziTeddy hiya, so right now he's not really reading as cosmic or star based, you need more stars! Also consider the light sources, one in his horns, and one in his hands. You also need to decide where the focus is: the star in his claws, or his face area.
The man, the fish, the legend, Ol' Bitey! The monster knucklehead trout that I added in as a joke to the concept art page for Rime of the Frostmaiden and who is now my legacy for the rest of forever.

No I will not be accepting criticism on "Giorneigh Giovaneigh" https://t.co/Sr7HSETZz2
the dark markings around Auril's roc's face are A) adorably in the shape of a heart if you look at her front on, and B) they help stop the glare of light off the snow
Concepts from Frostmaiden! All three chwinga types ended up making it into the story :D The straw ones are inspired by namahage from northern Japan. Auril's snowy roc (I got the sizes kinda wrong lol) is based off a Steller's sea eagle and a snowy owl ❄️
Some spooky constructs, I was given the opportunity to breathe new life into the Magen! Their outfits were based off Titus Lunter's architectural concept art for the ancient Netherese city, since they were also 'constructed'. Also side boob because we all know wizards be that way
her final look, minus a few bits and pieces and knucklehead trout : )
Here's the different versions of Oyaminartok I did before we settled on a combination of fisherbear and the beard decorations/ermine tails. I wanted her to look powerful but friendly(ish), not wild or barbaric.
