Taking Cynthia Sheppard's narrative illustration class, these are my wk3 and wk4 thumbnails, gonna go with dracoola. The assignment is to take a popular story and illustrative it with a strong focus on narrative/emotion.

I got to do a soft redesign of the lizardfolk from D&D for this one, I based them a bit more heavily off a green iguana. The trickiest part of this for me was all the tangled roots 🥲

@NazFX_Studios Naz I literally just did it and it's AMAZING. I can't recommend his brush and tutorial enough!!
I started campaign 2 of #CriticalRole right at the start of my own career in fantasy art. 3 years later I'm an official artist on D&D and MtG, thank you CritRole for the years of inspo! My own versions of the Aeorian Absorber, moorbounder, and a gloomstalker. Can't wait for S3!
