Lots of confusion, I'll try to clear it up.

As it appears, Fa Jin did not replicate the damage 100% would do, nor the speed.

Deku was using 45% OFA, with stored up Fa Jin, and using Black Whip to propel himself to reach faux 100%. It was a combo of the 3, not Fa Jin alone.

I fr wonder what people expect from side characters in a series. Is every character shown on screen supposed to have an arc dedicated to them or what? Do they apply this same standard to their favourite?
