@CryptoMiyagi_ Noooooo… negative space is super important for artwork & can make the work strong. As (mostly) a Maximalist, I cover pretty much every surface of the pieces I make (even if it’s just a much darker color) but I still use plenty of negative space sometimes.
Going through some older work from way back in 2017 last night, & turns out I was making some pretty neat glitch art back then that I completely forgot about!
Learned the term “body neutrality” last night.
A step up from “body positivity” imo bc there’s no requirement to feel ‘good’ about every part of our bodies all the time.
Bodies are just bodies. They are not ‘good’ or ‘bad’ so let’s stop ascribing morality to our shapes.

OMG @SARAH_SCRIPT!!! My mice are SO cute & there’s no way those mournbirds are going to figure out that’s a mouse inside that pumpkin costume. Idk about the other guy but at least the pumpkin guy is safe from being eaten by the owls..
