I have now read FOUR Archie Comic graphic novels now where Betty and Archie have either gotten married or started dating exclusively - one by Roberto himself. It is INSANE that a show based on these comics has only given them 5 episodes of exploration in nearly 100 episodes aired

@Shameless30sRVD I like how Jughead doesnt forgive him right away. It's clear Jughead knows Archie would never say something like that to Kevin, but Jughead's queerness isn't seen as valid to him because its lack of attraction vs who he's attracted to. Archie cant relate and owns up to that later

@Shameless30sRVD It had one of the most relatable moments in being ace I've seen in a comics. It's small, but hit me like a truck when I first read it.

@killuarte Some may even say...we've come a long way since blogspot.

@elizarchie Asides from the obvious reason they're trying to take the name, the other issue is that Freddy is canonically the name of Archie and Betty's son while Andrew is the name of Archie and Veronica's son - take it up with RAS! It's in the comics.
