Lu Xun as he appears in DW4-7. We usually debate abot hat vs. no hat. What about fully (or mostly) covered vs full on ab window? Seems like every other game, Lu Xun gets his ab window back, so I expect to see it in DW10. XD

After all these years, I am still a Sonic fan. Even after the series' ups and downs. Even after cringe culture tried to make me feel ashamed for being a fan. Even after the fandom debates/arguments. I still love the Sonic series! 💙

10 days until the DW announcements. ...Why can't I help this feeling of anxiety for something that ultimately does not matter in the grand scheme?

Characters that I like so far:
Miroku, the carefree traveling merchant.
Ibaraki Douji, the Oni catgirl that sells sake, and tends to drink from her stock.
Yoshitsune (yes, THE Minamoto no Yoshitsune), loyal retainer to the Shogunate.
Momotarou, an Oni slaying hero gone berserk.

The "sad" expression is very close! I don't think I could have done anything more with DW9's expressions and emotes to get the same feeling as DW8. XD

Similar situation to the "happy" face, DW9 Zhu Ran's "sad" look is less... exaggerated(?) than in DW8. The lack of Anime eye shine makes him look less like a kicked puppy. XD

I think I got close enough to 8XL's "happy" emote.
Zhu Ran in 9 just has less Anime-esque eye shine, because 9's eye shine is dependent on the position of the light source.

I keep coming up with these random ideas. So I was in DW9 and thought "Hey, can I maybe try to replicate DW8's emotes in DW9's photo mode?"

8XL Zhu Ran's "normal" face was harder to pinpoint than I thought. It's like a tiny smile or smirk. DW9 has set expressions, though.

I dunno what app or editor people use to add hearts to pictures to use as, like, "overwhelming love" reaction images.
So I took matters into my own hands with Microsoft Paint. XD I even gave them a little blush.
