His connections and influence help the party stage a coup against the proprietor of one of the biggest gambling and hospitality stations in the Outer Rim. Boc's ability to wheel and deal even inspired me to write a comic at the time.

Now, Boc isn't worth much in a fight, but he makes up for it with his good looks, charm, the greatest weapon of all: credits.

He helps the party acquire and upgrade a starship and keeps them equipped with the best weapons and armor money can buy.

finally we ended on this magnificent specimen -- tight black pants, moccasins, white dress shirt buttoned all the way up, immaculate custom leather vest, very expensive looking ray bans, man bun, and cane. he held THIS POSE for like 5 straight minutes -- i have witnesses.

i'm always looking for people with interesting contrasts -- very skinny frames with super baggy clothes, or this guy on the right with a beard the likes of which i've never seen and i'm not convinced i did justice

and the final 30-min pose of the day wound up being the one i was most pleased with. i never got the model's likeness exactly right during the course of the day, but that's less important than the poses, which i'm extremely proud of my work on.

great times, great day.

30-min pose This one got away from me a bit -- it took me a while to figure out the model had shifted her head slightly during the course of the pose and it threw my whole composition off. there's nothing wrong with that, you're not drawing from a photo, it just happens.

and then we finish the day with three 30-min poses. this is where i let myself actually get in there and focus on anatomy and details. this isn't quite what i would call a "finished" quality piece, but i'm very happy with it regardless

15-min pose this time i decided to work in blue because it's not important that you get the skin tone exactly right, it's about getting the color values right so the brain reads the light and shadows so the figure still makes sense.
