@LucieEbrey It's an elegant combination of great moments with friends and family and sleepless nights wondering where one belongs in the grand scheme of things. Existential but also stylishly funny.
It's Wednesday, which means it's time for some recommendations for #NCBD ! First up, Jade's choice: A Silent Voice by Yoshitoki Oima. A hard hitting manga about the bullying of a deaf girl, from the bully's perspective, and the repercussions/guilt that ensue.
Lastly - staying on a sweet theme - Jade dug into a comforting stew of a comic: Sweetness and Lightning by Gido Amagakure!
Dean, meanwhile, has taken a lighter route, reading the beautiful webcomic Cucumber Quest by @gigideegee!
Josh was first up, with My Lesbian Experiences with Lonliness by Nagata Kabi, an auobio comic about mental health, sexual exploration and Kabi-san's experiences growing up.
Our drag queen hero bursts from the parfait she carefully crafted to crush the mob! It's Cleopatra Parfait!! Listen: https://t.co/gTljyJc8DR
Tomorrow morning, we have the wonderful (and giggly) HANNAH BERRY on episode 16 of Bitten by a Radioactive Podcast! Listen as she takes or latest hero in a... DELICIOUS direction!
Last up Josh's pick: Dungeon Crunch by @BompKadunk, about a barbarian called Slam who goes on greek mythology inspired dungeon adventures!
