@VelcroCow2 It is :) and don’t worry you wouldn’t and even if you did I’m sure that my own ideas aren’t as original as I’d like to think they are… I mean they are to the best of my knowledge and that’s all any of us can hope for right?

I still liked it but I no longer thought it fit with my newer work, it was less detailed, had harder lines & it wasn't in colour so I retired it (I do this a lot)

Toucans coming along nicely, I’ll finish drawing the background one hopefully by the end of tomorrow and then I can move on to the next illustration, (a woodpecker)

A little progress on the next illustration for my next book.. I’ve not finished the line work yet but I wanted to see how the colours would work…

lots still to do but this pair of toco toucan lovebirds are going to be lovely.

Slowly approaching the end of the line work on my Lammergeier, the colour will be pretty quick as so much if the detail & the values are established now.

She’s deep in the ugly stage at this point but I know she’ll emerge how I want it I just stick with it… #featheredfebruary
