I always liked Delroy/Triathlon/3-D Man. A lot of potential for great stories. My unlimited full roster of 7 would be:

Triathlon, Silverclaw, Bill Foster/Goliath, Wasp, Modred, Jocasta, Beast (with an occasional visit from Wonder Man).

What’s your full team?

Back in the ‘60s, 2 concepts at Marvel never materialized. 1) Roy Thomas & Barry Windsor-Smith proposed a team of Rick Jones as Bucky, Quicksilver & Red Raven vs Grim Reaper. 2) A different Starhawk was advertised but never published.
