Speed Demon could be in situations where he can do the right thing but also grab a piece of the pie for himself. A hero on a curve.
He could have enemies on both sides because he plays the middle. Nighthawk or Doctor Spectrum or other speedsters like Quicksilver or Whirlwind.
Speed Demon!
I like this villain. Cool name, cool costume, decidedly nasty & untrustworthy. Yet there’s something likable about him- a hope he might change (particularly when he was in the Thunderbolts). Fun to see a mean speedster in the Marvel Universe. Not the Whizzer now!
Bazooka Joe & His Gang!
Did you chew Bazooka Bubble Gum? Did you collect the Bazooka Joe strips in every pack? Jokes, fortunes, and buying opportunities with every piece! Did you ever send away for a prize?
Bazooka Joe was on of my earliest exposures to comic strips.
Comic Book Leaders!
Who do you put on the Mount Rushmore of comic book “leader” characters? DC, Marvel, Archie, Charlton, Tower, any publisher- who are the best depicted leaders?
What character has the most interesting future version?
The Hulk as Maestro? Wonder Man as Hollywood? The Vision as Mainframe? Doctor Doom as Doom?
Or some other? Marvel character or DC character or another? What do you think?
Death of Thunderbird, his powering up in Avengers, appearances with Iron Man and The Thunderbolts, the Ani-Men and Lethal Legion…include all of Nefaria’s greatest hits!
That’s my choice; whose villainous stories would you want collected?
Name a villain whose appearances you would like collected in one volume! Follow the evil-doer’s evolution and history through all titles.
I would recommend Count Nefaria including his impactful confrontations with the X-Men and Avengers.
Who would you pick?
Mad about DC Comics!
Mad Magazine, Alfred E. Neuman, and the DC superheroes!
