Who is the most colorfully costumed character in comics?
I would say Vertigo, Marionette, Halo and Dr. Spectrum should be nominated! Who are your nominations and selections?
Classic Marvel shirts! Did you have any? Which would you choose?
For me, the comic cover shirts are great but I don’t think I could pass up on the Sgt. Fury or Western hero shirts. But why choose when a complete set is $15.99! Oh, the good ol’ days!
Sal Buscema & Sam Grainger! I think this art team was one of the best; I loved their Avengers run particularly Avengers #72 (Jan 1970)! Grainger was a fantastic inker on Avengers & X-Men! He passed away in 1990, but when I look back at Bronze Age art Grainger’s inks catch my eye!
Ant-Man or the Atom? Atom came first but who do you prefer? Does one have more potential?
Do you have a favorite story from each?
Fandral! I always thought he would make a great Avenger or Defender! He could fill the “spirited adventurer” role on a team.
Again, maybe I missed appearances after the Bronze Age, but I think Fandral deserves an extended look (as do all the Warriors Three)!
