Initial design, and design regrets

It’s a bit on the rushed side but, this is how Pete first looked when I designed him. He's Pretty wacky looking.

An OC I wasn’t expecting to love

Reason why I drew Pete for this prompt, was because at first, I thought Pete would be this generic wacky villain that would most likely have no character development, until recently I started becoming more creative with him!
