He should've gotten more episodes as the main villain of Season 4 in the original series, but I like Driscoll's background as a former Plumber and him forming the Negative 10 which is basically #Ben10's own Sinister Six

I heard that some people didn't like this storyline, but I absolutely love this concept as this demonic entity had a big impact in the lore of #Ben10 in regards to the history of the Forever Knights

5. #Malware

One of #Ben10's most personal villains as he was the one that cruelly took Ben's favourite alien away from the Omnitrix. Malware also had a pretty interesting background with Azmuth that adds depth to his motivations that I really like

1. #Vilgax

Being the main antagonist of the franchise as a whole, I really like Vilgax as he has pretty cool designs throughout the franchise and he is arguably one of the most threatening villains ever and his rivalry with #Ben10 is also really good

I'm kinda mixed on this final season of the classic franchise in general because while the Time War is an interesting concept for a season-long storyline, I don't think it was executed well in terms of the writing and retcons

I thought this arc was decent with the return of Zs'Skayr as the main villain, but honestly some parts of the story could've been better

3. #Ben10AlienForce S2

As much as I wasn't keen on the Highbreed Invasion storyline, this was a perfect conclusion to that arc as I really like how everything from Seasons 1 and 2 came together in a very epic all-out war
