Bodycount (1996) 7/10
This is some edgy ass 90's grimy comic shit. The story's nothing but the art by Simon Bisley is amazing, and it's hilarious how despite being so violent the expletives used here are like "butthole" and "dipstick"
Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2019) 6/10
It's nice to see a more serious take on the turtles again and a little bit more light-hearted one of batman, so it's got charm to it. The humour is absolutely atrocious tho
Transformers: War for Cybertron (2010) 7/10
A pretty run of the mill 7th gen third person shooter with shitty boss fights that I enjoyed cuz it's got fun stuff like some of the abilities, satisfying guns and fun set pieces. Also cool chunky robots help me forgive a lot
Spider-Man: Life Story (2019) 7/10
I like the premise but it gets a bit too miserable and imagines characters to be much too assholish for my liking. Also I dunno if I like the use of certain Spidey stories as plotpoints in this or not. The ending is really great tho
Guardians of the Galaxy (2021) 7/10
One of those AAA games that despite wasting your time and just not being that good in the gameplay department, I have to respect for having fresh and interesting ideas. Also it's nice to play one these games and not hate the writing
Ponyo (2008) 7/10
This was fun. It was a lot weirder and less basic than I thought it was going to be, but I didn't get enough of substance out of the plot and characters and they didn't do much of anything with the environmental stuff beyond some allusions at the start.
