More Wolverine back covers from issues 1-10. Barry Windsor Smith, McFarlane, Bolton, Byrne.
Bagging runs of these in the shop and being exposed to this variety or work is prt of my comics DNA. 2/2
More Batman Predator pin ups. Tim Sale, Joe Kubert, Mignola, Guice. 3/4
Gabriel Ba. I eyed the Casanova Luxuria HC for a little while before taking the plunge before a holiday. The overtones of a very specific Mignola (with the triangles) put me off a bit. He’s great though. A lot more going on than the surface though. Really great comics!
@gofa_al @whoisrico Cris Peter who colours Casanova would probably be sympathetic to you too
Kaare Andrews came to my attention on Hulk covers.A different approach for each cover and on the whole,I wasn’t impressed. Then I was. Then I started to love them.He did the GREAT Doc Ock Year one mini with Zeb Wells. Then Spider-Man Reign, all by him. I think he’s a divisive creator
@deanetts Considering popular wisdom is to break panels only when necessary, these are very funny, particularly Cain’s eyebrow
Bradbury adapted by Muth and Van Fleet in two stories.
