Okay, this is the first painting I've done with @Procreate on an iPad. Got some kinks to work out and some stuff to get used to with the interface. Years of Photoshop had me reaching for a keyboard for shortcuts every five seconds. But all in all, this is a sweet setup.

Got an iPad Pro and I've have been playing with Procreate for the last 24 hours. Pretty intuitive so far. Now to try actually painting with this new hardware/software combo.

Man, you don't notice incremental progress. Seeing ten years' difference side-by-side puts progress into perspective.

This year I did a lot of traditional/digital pieces. Using ink and watercolors, and then painting colors digitally. This has pushed me to improve so much this year and it's now my favorite (if time-consuming) way to work. #Artof2019
