That second Axer pic was for some... card... thing? I have no memory of this. Here's one I did for Blaze, back when I was considering giving him a weird sword with a curved tip.

One of the artists I was obsessed with in high school was @JayAxer. I'm wondering if I even drew that second image, but I guess I must have, because that looks like the kind of crummy gun I'd draw when I was 14/15.

In the fanfiction I was writing, Blaze had a brother named Banzi. He was a cross between an Echidna and a Hedgehog. I believe in that third image he's crying because Blaze got killed in the story. I later flipped the script so that Banzi was the one who died. Permanently, I guess

I think the aura around Super Sonic was also done in Corel Painter, which had brushes like that. Also, gotta love the URL: https://t.co/EZoJB15Ujj. That https://t.co/aDEmUdkW4U redirect service still seems to be around, which is surprising to me.

These are among some of the first images of High School Freshman Blaze the Hedgehog. Most of these were probably colored in MS Paint, though that fire background was definitely done in Corel Painter, which my school had. Probably made the BG at school and copied it to a floppy.
