I mean it depends on the artstyle. If the style is something simplistic like this then, you kinda have to lean to the more symmetrical look. my biggest hurdle on drawing is trying to not get caught into "autopilot mode" because istg I kept falling into drawing without any proper thoughts on each stroke I'd put em down due to that's what I've been doing since before I learn how to draw aka my whole life minus last year
