five warm up.... idk just wanted to draw something umbrella academy

(2019) throwback to when i used to only draw cute looking aesthetic super mario art and never rly cared abt my skill/professionality or audience at all and only doing it bc i love drawing and the super mario franchise.....

@Fawfulthgreat64 @SeanHicksART idk if I'm the only one who saw it but I think the darker coloring they did for CS/PMTOK sprite was purposely done in a way to make it work out with the dynamic lighting(?) it has. Like, the TTYD palette you posted is pretty much this Mario palette but under the ray of sunlight.
