@souIstyce That's what I thought, because I did something similar just in my notes app on my phone! Just wanted to see just how many monsters exist in total, not counting pallet-swaps. I got up to VII where there's around 300.

The lady who sells you DLC items in Dragon Quest IX is a more fleshed-out and interesting character than anyone in the entire Erdrick Trilogy. That's not even an opinion, it's just true and I find that hilarious.

Meet Wally West, Wallace West, and Walter West. Three completely different characters. All are The Flash, were Kid Flash at one point. Nothing confusing here.

Worth noting that he looks much younger in the original famicom artwork, so maybe it's a case of him being intended to be younger, but he was drawn to look older after the fact. Toriyama is famously forgetful, so he probably wasn't thinking about a canon age when doing new art.

@psychoDon525 I looked that up and it's a lot like DQM... I gotta get around 28 separate monsters to get my one robot boy and he's only like 3rd in the 5 stages of robot boys.
