Being a showrunner comes with a ton of challenges, but it ALSO has some upsides. For instance, when you notice you have a trio of punky girl extras, you can turn them into a Heathers reference and nobody can stop you. #epitheterased
I think that my goal as a creator is to reach a point in 30 years where when people analyze my work they say "And here we have another example of Blaber's *sheep thing*" in the same way people look at Hayao Miyazaki's work and go "There's his aviation fetish again."
