Also, all my X-Men's uniforms are I-Pod white, and then they have a single secondary color. For the Brotherhood, gold plays the same role as the white in uniting all of the team's looks. However, there always TWO secondary colors- sometimes different shades of the same color. ->
The Brotherhood's sense of fashion reveals that they don't give a shit what what humanity thinks about them. To give their costumes a sense of exoticism, I leaned into superhero fashion as hard as possible. Bright colors, huge shoulder pads, weird headgear... ->
