like seriously, shadow was so much fun back in the archie days, i miss when he could get along with people like this

this page specifically had me legit screaming, i was losing my fucking mind

ian flynn's dialogue is consistently so much fun

like even though he was cheating in his fight against sonic he genuinely did love wrestling and just wanted to put on a good show for his fans and that's adorable

i don't care if it's "edgy", sonic is a character that's so hard to make break his principles that it's always so fucking raw when he gets angry like this

i finally made it to the issue in my archie sonic reread where @IanFlynnBKC and @yardleyart joined the comics and the immediate shift in quality for both the writing and art is so jarring but so god damn good, i couldn't be happier they're still involved in the series to this day
