This is a sketch that I repurposed, rotating it 90 degrees and then sketching a completely different idea over it. Don't be afraid to deconstruct old ideas! 'Seeking the Oracle' painted for #numenera
@sygnin Thanks for the share! I do have a bit of purple themed work...
A few pieces painted for @HarnessedR PG a couple years back! Altogether they have a bit of a dreamlike quality. Looking forward to seeing how this game comes together!
Teaching my mentees has me going back and realizing how many master studies I used to do (these ones were for Nathan Fowkes' classes on @SchoolismLIVE), and just how valuable they were. Not just dissecting what other artists did, but also figuring out what I liked or not in art.
"Isle of Forbidden Cultivations", a personal favorite painted for #Numenera
A periodic reminder that years ago I lucked into working on a little indie game called #slaythespire. I'm contributing a little art to the soon-to-hit-KS tabletop adaptation. More on that, soon!
@francesca707 I’m Bruce, otherworldly landscapes artist, and I love green, too!
A few different moods of landscapes, all for the same project (Denoa) from a couple years ago. I really do enjoy switching between hellish to hope, adventuresome to pensive and hit all sorts of emotions with my landscapes!
Speaking of dark/eerie art, I feel like sharing a few more favorite eerie paintings of mine!
My son says he sees a ghost upstairs (friendly, likes to play with toy cars and train, apparently), so in mind of that, here are a few of my more ghostly landscapes painted in the past few years!
