I did not expect the cover of a Warhammer Horror novel to provoke such a strong reaction on my part; urge to make an art essay on Warhammer and its relationship with low-fantasy aesthetics is intensifying.

@OculusImperia It just feels slightly weird that these pieces of art are about the same faction. Would prefer the weird wheelhouse thing in some bold heroic colors perhaps, to merge the two narrative tones together

@ABeasley_author @hookandpinweb Thanks, I definitely see it in the puffy bangs. All of my elves have a moonlight colored skin to set them apart in AoS, since their clothing palette is so rooted in nonfiction/history. For her, I wanted a Galadriel + Melisandre vibe.
