Shabazz, Ruler of the Southern Dunes

Often seen pulling his gauntlets taut over his massive hands, not much is known of this famed ruler. Though he fashions himself after the cultures of the north, he still relays the pride of his people and culture on his garb and armor.

The ports are always busy; Merchants are abound looking for patrons to further their scope and influence, as one's hand is determined by not what or how much you move, but with whom. By looks of attire, embroidery and such, one may easily come to realize where allegiances lie.
