I always loved Grovyle's original in-game color scheme where his leaves are more of a teal green than just being a darker version of his main green. It always made him feel extra foresty to me
Sin and Punishment is like peak mastery over how the N64 does graphics. Every trick in the book is being used in this game and it's all done using only transparencies and dither dissolves. No additive cause the N64 couldn't do that.
I really appreciate the clownly gremlin energy classic to adventure eggman had. I want them to bring that back.
I think we as an industry should strive to fill the void left in 2007 when megaman games stopped giving us a constant stream of hot furry robots...
While it's on my mind, I'd love to see modern re-releases of old genesis/snes games include a dither-blend filter of sorts just to blend single pixel dithering as a lot of games used it for tansparencies/shadows. The effects are really cool when blended.
