I WON’T be highlighting particular ones (they all want 5 Star reviews regardless) but the ‘spoken word’, a cool breeze + lots of chilled drinks can be a big help during #Chemo 🚰

Somewhere right now one of our favourite brummies @toyahofficial is chilling the best bubbles ready to blast out her iconic #ThunderInTheMountains song, released 40 years ago next month….

Of course ‘thunder’ mentioned in recent famous @KateBushMusic tune (1985)

In my experience, it’s so easy to think that when your course of #Radiotherapy completes you’re in the home straight. Then, boom, along come side effects our crystal balls didn’t highlight.

It’s important to stick to the regimen + take on board lots of water & avoid spices.

Crammed into an @AvantiWestCoast carriage on marathon journey back up, which reminds me #OilyFish and #Sardines in particular is excellent #nutrition if you’re preparing your body for the brutality of #Cancer treatment.

Isn’t it great to see myriad Scandinavian dramas popping up from new countries we seldom hear about like Greenland and on BBC iplayer #Trom -Faroe Islands….you soon get used to subtitles and it’s a great way to learn more, regardless of age.

This time it’s international though, BUT let the clues begin, before the May 1st announcement.
