Made some experimental dragon speedpaints recently. These are timed at 31 minutes, and 34, respectively.

I’m really proud with how they turned out.

I've been looking to practice with backgrounds, so I started on a photo study, based on s cool image from a wallpaper site.
Then I had a bit of fun with it, and took a few parts of it in my own direction. Overall, I'm very happy with this bit of practice.

Built a badge for upcoming cons.
All the pieces are jointed, so it can be posed.

Cropped a new profile pic from a badge concept. The darker parts are separate so it can swing or be repositioned, instead of being static.

Getting this design ready for a test print soon.
If it works, maybe I can customize it, or make wyvern and full dragon variations.

Tried a painting experiment a few days ago. I think it turned out well, and it'll be fun to practice more with the style. ^_^
