#virtualbustourwithclaire is off to #eggardonhill, #dorset for a windy walk around the hill fort which dates from 300BC. Spot the sites of the round houses, a burial mound and storage pits. Imagine the fear when the Roman legions marched in to view in 43AD. Pub lunch, anyone?

Good morning, virtual bus tour passengers! We're returning to Plockton today, on the west coast of Scotland.

We're in #StratforduponAvon today and in these paintings you can see the old part of the Royal Shakespeare theatre, the church in which Shakespeare was baptised and buried, and the 15th century Clopton Bridge, all on or by the River Avon

The virtual bus driver is refusing to do a long journey today so we're off to lovely #bude, #cornwall. I will be inflating my virtual rubber dinghy and floating in the sea pool, calling frequently for cold drinks and snacks.

We're off on the virtual bus to #WellsnexttheSea in #Norfolk where we'll cram into these beach huts with our flasks and sandwiches.
The beaches are BIG in that part of the world.

#burghisland, #Devon today! The 1930s art deco hotel (on left) has seen lots of action from the likes of Edward and Mrs Simpson, Agatha Christie etc and the 700 year old #pilchardinn has seen even more. Sea tractor not to be missed.

Back to the seaside today!

This is #clovelly in #devon and you are kindly requested NOT to skip down to the Red Lion by the harbour, drink too much cider, eat loads of fish and chips and be unable to crawl back up the path to the bus at home time.
