@HeyItsGabeCPR The Town first opened on March 31, 2005, in Penguin Chat 3.

The Gift Shop interior wasn't accessible, and the only customization available to penguins was free color changes.

So, much like free items were placed in boxes, I think these blobs could've been free balls of paint.

@HeyItsGabeCPR I haven't found an official answer. They're always drawn like that, even in the missions.

My headcanon is that they're the blobs of paint penguins used to change color.

Perhaps they're like... giant paintballs.

In December 2006, party organizers picked the perfect tree to celebrate Christmas. Penguins could purchase ornaments for the tree in the newspaper. 🎄

In 2007, the tree was relocated to the Ski Lodge.

And in 2008, it was moved to the Beach next to the Lighthouse. #ClubPenguin
