It’s ridiculous watching people fight about snippets of art advice on twitter and get defensive about “the right” way to do things like, my dudes, these were all made by professionals who collected paycheques, no one gives a shit about what “the right” way to make art is.

If you look at most other adult Prime Time shows, eyes especially usually follow really consistent rules unless a character is a special exception. Like, the only thing that usually has anywhere near as many rules as eyes when you start a new show are hands

It’s basically like how a 9-14 cartoon that’s a few cuss words away from being an adult swim show and an action show for 6 year olds that has to be gentle enough for 4 year olds because they’re the main demographic for toy sales will both have a Y7 rating
