I was certain in my memory that Nekoma won this match so the chapter ending like this was quite something. Bokuto really is the GOAT.
I finished Omori on stream and words can only say so much but you have to watch the VOD to find out how much this experience blew me away and I feel like there is still more to discover about this story, it could even rise to a 10 in the future who knows.

This is my thread for AoT's final volume 34 (135-138). As it doesn't have a cover yet I'll just use the magazine cover instead but I'm making an exception and not giving it a score this time until the last chapter comes, and I'll do a separate whole thread for the final chapter.
Why is EoE so scary if it also is so hopeful? The answer was given in the TV ending. In a way instrumentality represents absolute freedom, you're not tied down to anything, even your physical form, but absolute freedom can also be scary without something to ground you.
Rereading AoT has me considering it for my top 1 manga again but even on just one read Berserk has held it so let's compare.
AoT vs Berserk:
Plot: AoT
Characters: AoT
Prose: Berserk
Art: Berserk
Panelling: Berserk
Themes: AoT
World: AoT
Action: Berserk
Aesthetic: Berserk
And the mountain of corpses aren't just nameless characters either, here we see Mike, Gelgar & Nanaba. I actually really appreciate how even if we don't care about a lot of these very minor characters, Isayama really does. He never just invents new characters, they really *exist*
