“Painless” eschews the swagger of 2019’s “Miss Universe” for something that feels softer, more vulnerable, that rewards patience. Sit with it, and “Painless” will quickly have you under its spell.

@GailSimone It’s tough, as most have been trotted out lately, but I’d say Angela. Debuted with a lot of fanfare, & while I didn’t read Queen of Hell series, that was 5 years ago.

I’d love to see your take, & as for artist…Let’s see? I’d say Sophie Campbell, Amanda Conner, or Joe Quinones.
