It's time for a mini-topic again, folks! Today I'd like to talk a little about obscure characters who somehow got an entry in Marvel's Official Handbook series.

Alright, I think the time has come for another topic. This time we tackle how comics publishers spread information to their readers before the internet and the inherent limitations therein.

Today we talk about handbooks.

This saw the return of Glory (by Joe Keatinge and Sophie Campbell), Bloodstrike (by Tim Seeley and Franchesco Gaston), Supreme (by Erik Larsen, first expending the last of Moore's leftover scripts) and Prophet (by Brandon Graham).

It's time to wrap up our look at the many, MANY failed, abandoned and plain disapparated projects spearheaded by Rob Liefeld.

This took considerably more time and effort than I expected when I started. I thought I would have had time to check the other Image founders as well.

In Action Comics #276 (1961), Jerry Siegel and Jim Mooney introduced the villains far-future descendant, the affable and heroic Querl Dox aka Brainiac 5. His home planet was given as "Yod" but later also as "Bryak" and eventually Colu. Querl is a loveable dork from the very start

Alright, we're back to visit another World of DC and thanks to @Fernysattic it's not just a planet but also a character.
