Finished a sketch and colour pass for my Trox Paladin I’m playing for an upcoming curse of Strahd 5e game
Might edit the tunic a bit but overall happy with him so far
Some quick texture-less test renders. The idea behind the port on the back is to lock onto a cargo pod and haul it along using it's powerful engines, similar to a semi truck. https://t.co/mRoVYljcTM
More progress: Rear landing struts are built and rigged up, as well as more central detailing and a turret
The turret can swivel and pitch, but can also rotate around the hull in order to get better coverage, and to keep the gunner's aim steady during combat maneuvers https://t.co/ErTOW03zOi
Made more progress: detailed the hull more, added in the ramp and front landing strut, and created an airlock door hidden behind a protective panel
Really happy with how this is turning out https://t.co/xlhDQpwKrY
Whelp it seems my design for the Z-28 Skywing is canon now!
Not sure if an accidental decision or not (most of my stuff comes up when you google the Z-28) but seeing something I made in an official star wars comic is surreal to say the least! https://t.co/Qq6ZOsArmf
working on a new ship design and figured I'd post the WIPs so far!
Aiming for it to be a Nostromo-esque commercial hauler with powerful claws (currently folded into the wing) that can deploy to tow salvaged ships or latch onto a freight load to push it with it's powerful engines
Came up with a potential character concept for a Trox in a #Starfinder game and felt like giving it life
Ocks is a former soldier-turned-Ship captain with an imposing stature that obscures his otherwise calm and measured attitude
Ngl, he rocks this way better than I thought he would https://t.co/IhSglujdt9
Symus: A Gigoran mechanic from an isolated colony, his people saw his force sensitivity as a form of dark magic, and cast him out over superstition.
He now fears his own abilities, seeing them as more of a curse.
