I occasionally closet-cosplay Peter B Parker, like when I saw Spider-Verse for the third time. I wear my Kaz jacket (good color and length, even if the cut is different) and Human Spider shirt (because it's fucking impossible to find a comic-styled long-sleeve Spidey shirt).
@Spidr_ridrs4evr @GarlicCorgi @dmatkins137 Like, "Cowboy Bebop" was mostly hand-drawn so it remasters well, but because the CG parts were mastered on digital at relatively low-res they now look pixelated and compressed on Blu-Ray. afaik the only digital element in "Akira" is a computer visual in-story.
Thinking about buying another Spirit Halloween chainsaw to make Juliet's signature weapon from "Lollipop Chainsaw"... just for a personal project, I guess?
RE: Previous thread - I also think "The Dark Knight" redefined Two-Face's look in a similar fashion. Whereas before it was common for his "bad" side to be scarred/deformed with contrasting hair, now it's du jour for his skin and hair to be burnt away.
