Flint's home was originally a REALLY cheap mess due to a jackass' constant copy-pasting of the players' personal concept & ideas. Our current DM did a wonderful job to put some actual sense into it and to the mistakes that led to the place's downfall and I'm SO happy about it.
Carbanak had quite the progress, from improvised Invisible-man having to strip to get in a gang-controlled warehouse to an actual wizard-master of darkness and laser beams with a living shadow and military-grade equipment fighting a dimensional monster trying to eat the universe.
