@morteraphan Holy shit yes! My teacher said ‘that’s illustration, not art.’
Dumb fucks.
They also complained my art was too realistic (I made studies from life). I’m sorry it’s not a vanished placenta Ms Wallnic, but in my irrelevant defense, i do fantasy comic art, it’s not exactly realism.
@NC_Kay_author These all have lyrics but I sometimes listen to them when I write Sloan
Sympathy for the devil
Ain’t no rest for the wicked
Bad to the bone
I put a spell on you
Barracuda
Joker and the thief
Immigrant song
Ballroom blitz
For no words try these guys

@EC_Bauer I want cake now.
...
So do my demon friends
@KaitlynEKeller Keep them! They’re fun.
& one of the few positive things on twitter. I wish people would stop fucking complaining. What a load of god damn wet blankets. They remind me of the kids at school that said they were gonna tell the teacher I wasn’t wearing my hat. 24 karat gold wankers.
@inkedingraypub Theo is one grumpy bastard.
Some how simultaneously pessimistic and persistent.
Doesn’t think jack-shit’s going to work but he’ll bloody do it anyway!
@JAMARI78 I wanted a name that u wouldn’t give a stoner.
Theodore
That felt like a posh PG Wodehouse character or a geography professor. It was old, educated & from a well off family.
Unlike my train wreck.
Funny how names change once they’re in a different skin for a bit.
@AlastairMoores Primal.
& in desperate need of new art.
@TeresaGrabs Stuff like this for instance.
Fast to write. Infinity less fast to draw 😅
Having said that, some of my stories are best told in a visual medium, least we wade through mass info dumps.
@TeresaGrabs I’m right now working on comedy & strong endings for my book.
This novella is teaching me more about the craft of story than any of my past comic work has. Without depending of the implied word of an illustration I have to focus on what I choose talk about more than ever.
