Now I really like this because it’s a great example of how NY needs Spidey. As soon as Spider-Man leaves all of New York goes into complete chaos. It clearly demonstrates how intrinsically tied Spider-Man and the overall well-being of New York are.

-his actions or inactions. Not again. This is very evident where his guilt and redemption, his affiliation with Wolverine, and the fact that he never went home to heal around his loved ones as 616 Peter did, sends him down this dark path to protect Alex at all costs.

So what’s the point of all this? What am I trying to say? At the end of the day, no matter how dark a path Spider-Man goes down, as long as he knows that With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility or something to that extent, Peter Parker will always strive to do what’s right.

Y’know I’ve noticed that even the most heinous versions of Spider-Man still try to do good or at least maintain a sense of morality, a sense of love for the people around him.

I like that even though Peter went down this dark path he still wanted to good for the world.

I’ve always loved the way Peter joked around with Aunt May. Acting as if she’s a young rowdy hotshot celebrity. It’s pretty funny and very sweet of him.

Since we’re all talking about Spider-Mans greatest injuries and I’ve been coincidentally going over The Other, let’s all remember Peters most gruesome beating. He’s been shot, stabbed, beaten, electrocuted and even burned alive but nothing compares to this.
