Chuck's shading isn't as M&L-esque because I was basing it off of a rough drawing I made once that an online friend shaded. So I tried to mix that shading with the M&L style. https://t.co/wk7NjvYSdo

1st attempt I barely tried with the drawing & made it really fast. Didn't look well at all.

2nd attempt I actually tried a bit. Didn't turn out too great, but was definitely better.

For the 3rd I went back to the drawing board and changed my approach entirely, & it worked

My own shading style is M&L-esque, but I wanted to get better at it, because it's always hit and miss.

I'll put my 1st and 2nd attempts in the replies, but here's the 3rd practice drawing I made, where I actually managed to do pretty well imo!
