@guywiththepie I think the biggest problem with the NSMBWii aesthetic is that they randomly decided ALL of the mushroom kingdom had to look the same. They rejected the idea of different areas having altered aesthetics, as seen in earlier and future titles.

@PAMVLLO Bro that 3rd one got really messed up lol. It's my Halloween pfp. I should really change it but I'm too lazy to draw something new.

Speaking of lazy, I make most of my art when I'm just messing around in MS Paint. Here's some MS Paint art.

Here's the MS Paint art I did today.

I included the one without a background because I didn't have time to finish the background and it looked incomplete.

I spent over 20 minutes trying to draw an excited Goomba running as well, but I couldn't get it right.

@beastofyeast1 As for the eyes, this is a weird thing that exists with Koopa Troopa too. In 2D art, he has a head, but in 3D, his eye sockets ARE his head.

The solution would probably be something like Larry or Lemmy's eyes, but rounder, and with eyelids.

Mario RPG's depiction is pretty good imo. Not perfect, but fairly decent for an early 3D design

This Line calendar is a pretty good 3D-ish depiction too.

And yet they still use the horrible abomination in their games.

@LonelyGoomba I'm glad they fixed that in the modern era. He looks so much better when he isn't so massive.

It's a shame he isn't smaller in Mario Kart Tour, but I'm hoping they fix that if he returns in MK9.

I have tried to come up with a caption or explanation for this tweet for like 4 minutes and I got nothing.

It's also really easy to edit this particular art, so I can add expressions and stuff.

I think I FINALLY perfected drawing myself in my artstyle.

It's an MS Paint drawing but I'll probably use this as a reference/basis for future drawings.
