Even though the “lipstick” on DIO’s lips is a more evident in his “High” design, in the manga, we can see there’s a shading on his lips on his normal design.

This is probably due to one of those “design changes” Araki likes to make with his characters.

The color of the suit Giorno wears in the final episode of the Vento Aureo anime is a reference to the way Araki colors Giorno's suit in some chapter's covers.

The covers where we can appreciate this colors are from chapters 496 and 579.
