Nori for @misawaredthread This was a tough card to design. I actually did a few different versions trying to capture the meaning of the card. Death represents endings, so I went with the loss to Inashiro in the final. Nori’s grief at ending their season always breaks my heart.

Twilight settled in over the field, Miyuki knew it would be dark soon, but he couldn’t bring himself to leave. It wasn’t possible to freeze time. But just for a moment he wished too, with all his heart. Congrats @miyukeis !

I always loved my grandpa’s stories and that inspired this piece. TBH it was hard to envision him as an old man - I tired to retain his essence.😅 #eijunweek

My grandpa grew sunflowers and when I was a kid I tried to pick on that was as tall as I am. Let me tell ya - they are freaking tough flowers! Tough and beautiful - perfect for Eijun. #eijunweek

@hiraethstill had a fantastic head cannon about Carlos doing capoeira and I loved how well that fits him so of course I had to draw it. I’m kinda interested in doing some more martial arts ones - as soon as I decide what art fits what characters. Ideas?

I loved the way this one came out - I’m happy with the steam and the water. Nothing like a hot bath after a hard workout!
