So, I just recently learned that there’s a Disney equivalent to the Goosebumps series, but they’re centered around the Disney villains, with a kid either making a Faustian bargain with them or stealing an item which belongs to them, and it backfiring on them.
It feels like each time we see the Death Egg Robot, or some variation of it, it keeps getting bigger and bigger.
Call me “vanilla”, but no matter how many “edgier” stories and “deconstructions” people make, I’ll honestly prefer heroes who, even if they make mistakes and have doubts about themselves, are characters who aren’t just relatable, but also characters who inspire us to be better.
There’s many theories as to why Spamton constantly mentions 1997, but something interesting was pointed out to me:
One major influence on both Undertale and Deltarune, is a game called Moon: RPG Remix Adventure which was released in 1997, and also has a knight as its antagonist.

@TheFirstOkiro I don’t mind political themes in stories as long as
1) They’re actually interesting political themes that go beyond “X is Bad”
2) They’re consistent with established in-universe politics
3) You don’t approach the issue like a damn coward, like in these panels:
I wonder why Masters of the Universe hasn’t had an evil clown/jester for one of its villains.
My idea for the gimmick would be that their “face” would come right off like a mask, and you could replace it new faces with different expressions.
Think a mix of all these characters.
Hope you guys don’t mind me posting my Star Wars OCs again
A new Madoka Magica movie and TV series is coming, Code Geass is getting a new series taking place in the movie timeline, and even Hetalia is getting a new show.
Do you think we’re gonna soon be living in an era of revivals of mid-to-late 2000s/early 2010s anime?
@EyeOfSemicolon And you wonder why I thought it would be for the best if we introduced an original villain who’s one half Azula and one half Starscream and a lizardman mad scientist just so we could get more intimidating villains for the rewrite?
