One detail I’ve always loved is that, in the books, Queen La is from a lost colony of Atlantis. So, the version they made for the show looks like an Atlantean from the Disney movie!

Fun fact: Jafar had a twin sister named Nasira, who they introduced in a video game.

She was also way cooler than Jafar.
