@BrianEngh_Art Yes, I learned this very quickly when I was first doing bird taxidermy. There’s so many different looks and skin that doesn’t at all attach or give away what they are on the skull or bone it’s at some points a guessing game.
Roosters are a great example as well

The gaps in beaks that help with precise picking and grabbing was my inspiration for the new tupandactylus, but I plan to revisit it again, wondering if it was more of a skimmer. Then again I don’t know much about prerosaur anatomy atm.

I’m still proud of this texture even if I made the scaling on the back too thick
